The test taking materials presented on our web site are not reproduced or distilled from previous NAVLE®, BCSE, PAVE QE, VTNE exams or other non-referenced resources. Zuku’s test questions, responses, explanatory remarks, test preparation strategies, Super Summary notes and other materials are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Zuku does not guarantee that a student will pass the NAVLE® BCSE, PAVE QE or VTNE after having utilized the test taking materials and disclaims any express or implied warranties regarding the test taking materials or their fitness for a particular purpose, unless otherwise noted in Zuku’s member agreement.
Students are encouraged to consult and compare information from other veterinary sources to obtain the most current views as there may be changes in information resulting from continuing research, clinical experience, differences in opinion and other factors.

The Zuku Review is an independently operated veterinary test preparation website for the NAVLE®, BCSE, PAVE QE and VTNE. It is not licensed by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the ICVA.

Paid subscribers who used the Zuku Review to prepare for their tests may be entitled to a free re-subscription if they do not pass. To qualify for a one-time free Zuku resubscription, you must meet all the criteria below: You must correctly complete 100% of the practice test questions and 100% of the timed test questions before the date of your exam. You must use the subscription designated for the test you are taking. I.E. Use the NAVLE subscription for NAVLE and the BCSE/PAVE subscription for the BCSE/PAVE. You must take the exam while your subscription is active, or within a month of your subscription expiring. You must contact us within 4 months of the end of your Zuku subscription date or completing your exam, whichever comes first. You must also verify you did not pass the NAVLE®, BCSE,PAVE QE or VTNE by emailing a scanned copy of your results letter to info@Zukureview.com. We will check your records to confirm that you completed the full Zuku course by correctly completing all of the practice test questions and all of the timed test questions. The process usually takes 4-5 business days. If you meet these criteria, you will get access again for the same amount of time as you paid for initially. This is a one-time offer and is only valid for the next test window.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your own membership: (i) within 24 hours of enrollment (i.e., completion of payment processing for Zuku membership) and before utilizing any portion of the Zuku test taking materials, we will refund to you your membership fee, minus a $25 processing fee; or (ii) within one (1) month after enrollment and after answering less than 50 test questions, we will refund to you 75% of your membership fee, minus a $25 processing fee. Refund requests for subscriptions more than three (3) months old are not eligible for refund.
