On the lateral thoracic radiograph, there is a mass in the cranial mediastinum with mild dorsal displacement of the trachea. The most likely diagnosis for a mediastinal mass in a dog with hypercalcemia is lymphoma.

Radiographic interpretation: The cardiovascular structures are normal in size and shape. No abnormalities are seen within the pulmonary parenchyma.

On the lateral projection there is a mass in the cranial mediastinum with mild dorsal displacement of the trachea. The mediastinum is widened on the v/d projection, and is wider than the vertebral column.

The pleural space and musculoskeletal structures are normal.
