Audit Information: Licensees selected for audit must submit continuing education documentation within 45 days

Additional Information: Continuing education must be relevant to the veterinarian's area of practice and professional needs. Veterinarians are exempt from the CE requirement for their first license renewal after initial licensure. Veterinarians seeking reinstatement of a lapsed license must complete 12 hours of continuing education during the year immediately preceding their reinstatement application.
